We're confident Bishball is built to last, but if anything does go wrong, drop us a message. We'll do what we can to put it right — whether that's advice or replacement parts, we’ll help to get you back on track.

We also provide replacement balls for a small cost so shout us if you’re in the market for… new balls please.

Jokes aside, for the best Bishball experience, we recommend using the official bats and balls — they’ve been designed for the perfect feel, bounce, and speed.

We’ve all got that one friend who is always late, or better yet, pulls the plug last minute.

No problem! We've created two-player and three-player formats (check them out in the rulebook) so you can keep the games going no matter the group size.

Ideally somewhere you can remember. Failing that, keep it indoors, in a dry spot when you're not playing.

Bishball is treated for UV and waterproof resistance, but we recommend you avoid leaving it out in rough conditions for long periods.
